ANSWERS

1. Can I use your Fone9 VoIP card from any country?
Any tone-dial telephone line (including mobile phones and fax machines) anywhere in the world can be used in callback service. Caller ID is important to ensure successful callback.

2. Do I need a special equipment to use Fone9 VoIP card?
You need an equipment which has VoIP functions like IPPhone, IP-PBX, Softphone & etc. Internet connection is needed.

If you dont have any of these equipments, you can use the VoIP webcallback

3.What is VoIP webcallback?
Its a callback service using the VoIP account. You can type http://voip.fone9.com/c on your mobile phone or internet explorer to use it. Thats chrages to both legs.

Web CallBack is a service that allows you to initiate Phone-to-Phone calls from the Internet. Just click on the web-call trigger, enter your PIN, number calling from, number calling to and press the CALL button. Our server instantly receives your call request and bridges you with your destination number. This is a great option when using internet cafes that do not allow download of the dialer.

4. What are the benefits of using Fone9 VoIP card?
You are able to make long distance call in a very cheap rate, activate DID number at only $0.25 per day so that you are able to be contacted through any fixed line or mobile phone. If you have more than one account, you can activate the On-Net service to call to each other (unlimited times,unlimited hours) at only $0.10 per day.

5. What is the quality of your service?
Fone9 uses the routes of the best telecom carriers in North America, Asia and Europe, providing callers the finest quality service currently available.

6. How soon will my account be activated?
After submitting your order and making the initial payment of minimum Singapore Dollars Ten only to each account, we will activate your account(s) within 24 hours provided you don't have a credit card payment issue with your bank. Activation of On-Net or DID service takes one working day.

7. How many DID numbers can I sign up?
Only 1 DID number is allowed for one Fone9 VoIP card.

8. Will I be charged for the time of dialing the destination number?
No, we charge only connected calls, when the party at the destination number answers. Also you will be charged if you dial our Automated Menu System

9. In what currency will I be charged?
You will be charged in Singapore Dollars as all the rates are payable in Singapore Dollars.

10. How can I signup for your service?
You can purchase one card through online or at our retail shop located at Sim Lim Square.

11. Can I pay by my credit card?
Yes through Paypal or World Pay.

12. How do I top-up my Fone9 VoIP account?
You need to purchase the top-up card via online, AXS kiosk or at our retail shop. Then call +65 6622 6392 or 8088# (IPPhone), follow the instructions to top-up your Fone9 VoIP account.

13. How can I know the balance of my account?
You can call +65 6622 6391 or 8080#(IPPhone), Your account no. and password is needed.

14. How can I check my Voicemail?
You can call +65 6622 6390 or 5001#(IPPHone) Your account no. and password is needed.

15. Will my account expire?
If your account has a SGD 0.00 balance for more than 30 days then it will be terminated. Your Fone9 VoIP card is valid for one year upon first usage.If your account was removed, you are always welcome to open a new one when you need it.

16. How can I change my call features?
You can call +65 66226390 then select option 3 to access your call features or login to the web-access and change your call features under the Call Features options.


17. Can I cancel my service any time without incurring penalties?
Of course yes, contact customer service and inform that you want to cancel account. But cancelling of On-Net & DID numbers will occur charges.

18. Can I use Fone9 VoIP card when I'm travelling?
Yes. You can bring the VoIP device or install the softphone program at your laptop. The charges will remain the same.
